Within 48 hours, I will send you an email with an estimated timeframe for the modifications and errors identified. I will inform you of the expected duration and suggest any additional changes that we can consider together.

Upon receiving your confirmation for the modifications, I will send you a file to complete with all the necessary access details for your website. To ensure proper management, I will create an Administrator account to independently handle your website, which will remain online throughout the process.

Once my work is complete, you will receive a concise report summarizing all the changes made along with the time spent on each task. Please note that I provide an estimate of the hours required before each intervention, and in case of unexpected technical issues that extend the process, I will inform you of any additional hours needed and await your confirmation before proceeding.

The service is billed hourly, with a minimum billing of 1 hour (60 minutes), €75.00/hour (VAT excluded – where applicable) to pay online in a Single Payment.

I kindly ask you to always send me an email to ensure we are both clear on all interventions to be carried out; I will respond promptly (within 48 hours) to confirm the estimated time required, and within five days of your confirmation, we will have everything in order!
